FUNDRAISER PAINT EVENTS

Fundraisers are a creatively fun way to earn for your organization.
​
Host a FUNdraiser Painting Event to help raise funds for your organization while having fun! A Fundraiser Paint Party includes step by step instruction as we paint the same image on 14"x28" canvas (or you can choose to paint on glassware). During a 2 - 21/2 hour event, all participants will be guided through a painting by artist instructor and everyone takes home their own masterpiece!
So gather members of your organization, team, family, etc., find a location you'd like to hold the paint event and we'll bring all of the painting supplies, table coverings, music and artist!
Painting surfaces offered (choose one):
*14"x18" Canvas
*Wine Glasses (stemmed or stemless)
*Light-up Wine Bottles with cork fairy lights

Choose a painting from our Painting Samples, or we can design your own unique painting (with some advanced notice) to fit the theme of your event - Art Around brings the creativity to you!.

$48 per painter, your organization receives $10.
More painters = more $$ raised!

WHAT DOES ART AROUND PROVIDE?
Art Around provides everything you need to paint your masterpiece, including: ​
*14"x18" Canvas (some canvases may already have a stenciled image on the canvas depending on the painting.)
*Acrylic paint
*Step by Step Artist Instruction
*Easels
*Palettes
*Paint brushes
*Cups for water
*Paper towels/napkins
*Plastic table covers
*Aprons
*Music
*Misc. tools if needed
*Lots of FUN!

WHAT DOES THE HOST PROVIDE?​
*The space (local venue, house, garage, etc., - you find/book the place and I'll bring the stuff!)
*Water for the paint water cups
*Trash can
*Enough tables and chairs for guests, and enough room for your guests - we suggest enough room for guests move freely while painting.. Keep in mind that we have 14"x18" size canvases and painting supplies we'll need to accommodate.​

Total guest count must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to event.
*Aprons are provided but accidents happen. We strongly advise to dress accordingly.
Acrylic paints are used, once the acrylics are dry they're waterproof, water won't do the job to remove it. Rubbing alcohol is a better way to clean up dried acrylic paint, but it evaporates fast. Another option is an alcohol based gel hand sanitizer, one that doesn't contain moisturizers. Rub it on and let it sit for a few minutes, a little scrubbing with a small brush rinsing with water will usually take care of most stains. Repeat if necessary.
